Because there are some complex problems, such as the dimming ability of the standard three-terminal bidirectional thyristor switch or the front and rear edge dimmer, and the compatibility with the electronic transformer. Therefore, compared with the DC input driver of LED drive power supply, the field of AC input driver is more complex.
